Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by FillMaticPro and to every distance contract concluded between FillMaticPro and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
Article 3 – The offer
Prices include VAT. The applicable rate is shown in your basket and on your invoice. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on FillMaticPro.
Article 4 – The contract
The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions attached to it. FillMaticPro confirms receipt of the order electronically without delay.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving reasons. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for the full conditions and how to exercise this right. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form provided on that page, but is not obliged to do so; any unequivocal statement is sufficient.
Article 6 – Price and payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website. The products remain the property of FillMaticPro until payment has been received in full.
Article 7 – Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Delivery times and shipping costs are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. We state an estimated delivery time per zone. During the Christmas period, a separate delivery window may apply if this is clearly communicated before you place your order. Unless another delivery time has been agreed, we deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
If we fail to deliver within the agreed time or within the applicable 30-day period, you may first require us to deliver within an additional reasonable period. You may cancel the contract immediately if the delivery date was essential, if we refuse to deliver, or if delivery within an additional period is not appropriate in the circumstances. If the contract is cancelled, we refund all amounts paid.
Article 8 – Warranty and conformity
FillMaticPro warrants that the products comply with the contract and with statutory provisions. The machines carry the manufacturer warranty stated on our Warranty page, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.
Article 8a – Business customers
A customer is treated as a business customer only where the customer acts for purposes relating to that customer’s trade, business, craft or profession. The customer must provide accurate business details and, where applicable, a valid EU VAT number. A valid VAT number may be checked through VIES, but the VAT number alone does not determine whether a customer is acting as a business customer.
Business customers do not have the consumer right of withdrawal. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain applicable where the customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law.

Article 9 – Complaints and disputes
Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted to servicedesk@fillmaticpro.com. We will confirm receipt of a complaint and aim to respond within five working days. These terms and any contract concluded under them are governed by Belgian law. If the consumer is resident in another EU country, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of that country. We are not obliged to take part in out-of-court dispute resolution and are not affiliated with a dispute resolution body. If we cannot reach a solution together, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) or, if you bought from another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country. You may also bring the matter before the competent court.
