Pickup point free from € 70 in every country, home delivery free from a threshold per country. Sent with GLS and DPD from Belgium.
Where we deliver
We ship to every country in the European Union except Italy, Cyprus and Malta, and to the United Kingdom. Switzerland and Norway are not yet open. If your country is not shown at checkout, contact us at servicedesk@fillmaticpro.com and we will tell you whether and how we can deliver.
Shipping costs
There are two ways to receive your order, and each has its own threshold for free shipping.
- Pickup point: free from € 70 in every country we deliver to. Choose a pickup point near you at checkout; you are notified as soon as the parcel is there.
- Home delivery: free from a threshold that differs per country. Carriers charge very different rates per country, so the threshold is not the same everywhere. The table below shows what applies to you.
Below the threshold you pay the amount in the table. The exact cost is always shown in your basket before you order. All amounts include VAT.

Why does the threshold differ per country? Because our real transport costs do. A parcel to Greece costs us more than four times as much as the same parcel to Belgium. Rather than building that difference into every price, we only charge it where it arises. If you order several items, they travel in one parcel wherever possible, so you pay shipping once, or nothing at all above the threshold.
United Kingdom
We ship to the UK for orders with a product value of £135 or more (about € 170). Below that amount the checkout will ask you to add to your basket before you can complete your order. This is because of the UK import rules for parcels from the EU.
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): UK import VAT and any duties are not included in our price and are collected from you by the carrier before delivery. We do not charge UK VAT. Prices are shown in euros; the amount is converted by your bank or card issuer.
Dispatch and delivery times
Order before 1 PM on a working day (Tuesday to Friday) and your parcel leaves our warehouse in Belgium the same day. Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg usually receive it the next working day; the rest of Europe within one to six working days, depending on the destination. These times are indicative. Your track and trace link shows the expected delivery date as soon as the parcel is on its way. During the weeks before Christmas and around New Year, carriers need a few extra days.
Carriers
We ship with GLS and DPD from Belgium. You receive a track and trace link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Delivery to a pickup point is available in every country we deliver to.
